It covers this website only — if your company uses the FOREMAN application, data handling for that product is governed by the agreement between ScalePixels and your company, not by this policy.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, work email address, company name, role, industry, company size, project timeline, the tools you currently use, and any details you share about your project. Submitting the form is optional and only happens if you choose to reach out to us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information for security and reliability purposes, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this Site, and we do not run any third-party tracking scripts.

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted to us by emailing contact@scalepixels.co. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we'll honor valid requests to the extent required.
