These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at scalepixels.co (the “Site”), operated by ScalePixels (“ScalePixels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms cover use of this website only. If your company uses the FOREMAN application, that use is governed by a separate agreement between ScalePixels and your company, not by these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the contact form to reach out to us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or related networks
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated scraping, bots, or overwhelming our infrastructure
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form
  • Use the contact form to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious content

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and the FOREMAN name and branding, is owned by ScalePixels or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute the Site's content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

Submissions

If you submit information through our contact form, you're giving us permission to use it to respond to you and for the internal business purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Don't submit anything through the Site that you don't have the right to share, or that is confidential, unless we've separately agreed otherwise in writing.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we don't control, including Calendly and the FOREMAN application. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to them doesn't mean we endorse them.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we don't warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScalePixels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
